Terms of Service

1. The Platform

MultiJobZ is an online marketplace that connects customers with local service providers (collectively, “Users”). We facilitate discovery and booking of services but are not a party to the service contract between a customer and a provider. MultiJobZ does not employ service providers and is not responsible for the quality or outcome of any service delivered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not transfer or sell your account to any other person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Customer Obligations

• Book services only with genuine intent to purchase.
• Treat service providers with respect. Abusive behaviour will result in account suspension.
• Provide accurate address and contact information for at-home services.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee as specified by the provider.

5. Provider Obligations

• Listings must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Providers must hold all required licences and comply with applicable laws.
• Service must be delivered at the quoted price and within the stated timeframe.
• Providers must not directly solicit customers to transact outside the platform.
• Providers who receive credits through the sponsored listing system must use them in good faith and not attempt to manipulate rankings.

6. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed by Razorpay. MultiJobZ charges a platform fee on each completed booking (displayed at checkout). All prices include applicable GST.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval. MultiJobZ's platform fee is non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Circumvent fees by arranging transactions outside the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or credits.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logos, software, design) is owned by MultiJobZ Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. By uploading content (photos, descriptions), you grant us a royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by third-party businesses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to MultiJobZ in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage resolution through our support team before resorting to legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
